2.2 Product Integrity & Textile Disclaimers
We strive for “Micro-Fiber Perfection.” However, the user acknowledges the following:
- Color Variance: Due to the high-fidelity nature of our organic dyes and the variance in digital screen calibrations, slight color shifts between the website imagery and the physical linen may occur.
- The “First-Wash” Characteristic: Natural fibers like long-staple cotton and bamboo may experience a 1-2% “Settling Shrinkage” after the first wash. This is a hallmark of authentic, non-synthetic textiles and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Thread-Count Authenticity: DreamsDrape.store guarantees the honesty of our thread counts. We do not use “multi-ply” yarn padding to artificially inflate numbers. Our 600-count sateen is exactly that—600 single-pick threads of luxury.
2.3 Intellectual Property: The DreamsDrape Designs
The unique weave patterns, the “DreamsDrape” branding, and our proprietary “Cool-Breathe” textile blends are the exclusive intellectual property of this independent entity. Any unauthorized reproduction of our patterns or branding is a violation of the Copyright Laws of Pakistan.
